Business Objectives
The need to have efficient controls and reporting systems in place is fundamental to the success of any business, and the following fundamentals will be scrutinized regularly:
- Inventory stock levels
- WIP Progress reports are analyzed daily to ensure the contract is on track and costs.
- Debtor’s reports will be evaluated daily to ensure that accounts are not overdue and are kept at an appropriate value.
- Creditor’s reports will also be evaluated daily to ensure that payments are made on time thus keeping stock pressure.
- Staff analysis reports will be analyzed routinely to verify progress and work performance.
